let's not think about it.

Recently i decided to go on and try to make my own granola, being that i don't really like the store bought one and it's hard to find a granola that is not full of only calories and sugar.

This is a very healthy recipe and easy to make. All you need is: Maple syrup, coconut oil, rolled oats, dried fruits of your choice, pecans, almonds, or any kind of nuts you like (unsalted and preferably not roasted), dark chocolate (up to 70%), and ground cinnamon.

Before anything, pre-heat your oven to 175c or 350f. Start by throwing the oats, nuts and dried fruit in a bowl and mixing everything together. Next, chop some of the chocolate (like 2 squares) and add in the mixture and mix well. Now you'r gonna start adding in the coconut oil and maple syrup bit by bit until you see that everything is covered by the oil and syrup. And finally, add cinnamon to taste!

Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking sheet or folium. You want to cover your baking pan to avoid a mess and it's also easier to pour the mixture into a pot later for storage.

Now put in your pre-heated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 min. And voilà! You made granola! Now let it cool to room temperature, although it's going to be pretty hard to resist eating it warm. Hmmm.
